Your profile stores your account information. You can update it or delete your account.
Updating your profile
- Change your name, avatar, and other profile fields from Settings.
- Profile updates apply across all workspaces you belong to.
Deleting your account
When you delete your profile (account):
- If you are a workspace owner — All workspaces you own, their assistants, conversations, and data are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
- If you are only a member — Deleting your profile does not delete the workspace or its data. The workspace and its data remain. Only your membership is removed.
Important:
Account deletion is permanent. If you own workspaces, all data in those workspaces will be lost. If you are a member (not owner), workspace data is preserved.
Summary
- Owner of workspace(s): Workspaces you own and all their data are deleted.
- Member only: Your membership is removed; workspace data is preserved.
